How we collect, use and protect your data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, and how the platform was designed to be easy for everyone.
The Yemeni Community in Türkiye is the “data controller” within the meaning of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and processes your data under this policy.
Identity data: name, passport or residence permit number, and date of birth.
Contact data: mobile phone, e-mail and address.
Membership, request, appointment and consultation data.
The documents you upload yourself.
Sensitive data only when needed, such as health data in health guidance, processed only with your explicit consent.
To provide the services you request and follow them until they are closed.
To manage membership and issue the electronic card.
To send the notifications you chose.
To prepare aggregate statistics that identify no one.
We process data on the processing conditions of Article 5, and special categories of data under Article 6, with explicit consent where the law requires it.
The platform and its databases are hosted on servers in Türkiye only, and the data is not transferred abroad.
Each staff member has access only as far as their role requires. The content of consultations and humanitarian cases is seen only by the specialist assigned to it; the administration sees only its descriptive data.
Request documents are deleted 12 months after the request is closed unless you ask for them to be kept. Membership data is kept for the duration of the membership, then for the periods required by law.
Article 11 of the KVKK gives you the right to:
Learn whether your data is processed, and ask for information about it and the purpose of processing.
Know the parties within Türkiye to which it has been transferred.
Ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, or deleted.
Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis.
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
From “My account” → “My data”, or by writing to the data protection contact. We answer your request within 30 days at the latest.
This site uses strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for administration staff and a cookie that remembers the administration interface language. The public site sets no cookies, we use no analytics or advertising tools, and we send no data about your visit to any third party.

The platform was designed to be easy for everyone, and for older people especially, and aims at WCAG 2.1 · AA.

The platform serves the members of the Yemeni community in Türkiye. By using it you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your sign-in code secret. Tell us at once if you suspect your account is being used without your permission.
Guides and consultations are guidance, reviewed regularly, and do not replace the official authorities or licensed professionals.
Published content belongs to the community unless stated otherwise. It may be shared with credit to the source.
We may update these terms, and announce any substantial change on the platform before it takes effect.
